If you employ a 16 or 17 year old you (and they) could be missing out. The Learning Agreement Pilot has been set up to support businesses in retaining their young employees by offering free accredited training for 16-17 year olds who live and/or work in the Black Country.
As you know, the more skills your workforce possess the more productive they will be. Training is the perfect way to develop their skills, increase confidence and enable them to be the best they can be.
